# How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and lay noodles flat on a parchment-lined surface to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped spinach, basil, eggs, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed and well combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of filling evenly along the length of each cooked noodle. Roll up tightly starting from one end and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce evenly over the roll-ups in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses uniformly over the roll-ups.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated 375°F oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for 10 additional minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the roll-ups. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
