# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl or large jar, combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt.

03 - Gently fold in half of the chopped strawberries into the mixture.
04 - Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers. Top with remaining strawberries.

06 - In the morning, stir well and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is preferred. Serve chilled.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You literally prepare breakfast while half asleep, then enjoy something nutritious and delicious without thinking about it the next morning.
  • The texture is naturally creamy without being heavy, and the strawberries stay bright and fresh-tasting even after sitting overnight.
  • One bowl gives you serious protein and fiber to keep you full through mid-morning meetings or workouts, no energy crash included.
02 -
  • Don't skip mixing the wet and dry ingredients thoroughly before refrigerating, or you'll end up with protein powder clumps that taste bitter no matter how much strawberry you eat.
  • The texture changes subtly each day you keep it (up to 3 days)—day one is fluffier, day three is almost pudding-like, so adjust the milk splash accordingly.
03 -
  • Use actual glass jars instead of plastic if you can—the protein powder stains plastic containers over time, and there's something satisfying about seeing your breakfast layered beautifully in clear glass.
  • If you're meal prepping, portion everything except the top strawberry layer, then add fresh berries each morning for maximum flavor and visual appeal.
