# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract thoroughly.
05 - Gradually fold dry mixture into wet ingredients until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
06 - Mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
07 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
08 - Place coated dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets to allow spreading.
