# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan.
02 - In a mixing bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently until combined.
03 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely.
04 - In a saucepan, whisk together granulated sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add milk, whisking to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbling, about 5 to 7 minutes.
05 - In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks. Slowly whisk several spoonfuls of the hot pudding into the yolks to temper, then whisk the yolk mixture back into the saucepan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
